Slim in 6 is a 6 week diet and exercise program from BeachBody.

The program is generally the work of Debbie Seibers, who has been in the fitness industry for quite a while. With signing up for BeachBody, she went on to produce a variety of video tutorials and plans. These eventually culminated from the Slim in 6 program.

Program Outline
